Simple webview of our Portal with notifications.

Unfortunately some mobile phone manufactures (Samsung, Xiaomi, Huwei, etc.) block notifications or the sound of some notifications by default. Only push notifications of popular apps they think are valuable for the customer are let thru by default.

To change this, go to your phone settings - apps - PAJ ONLINE App and make sure notifications in general and notification sounds are enabled.

Further Samsung delivers some of their phones with an app called "Security Master" which also can block notifications sounds. If you open this app and go to notifications cleaner - settings, uncheck the box for the PAJ ONLINE App so the don't disturb mode is disabled.

On Huawei/Samsung Device you could also try:

1. Go to Settings -> Advanced settings -> Battery manager -> Protected apps, then find the app you want to see notifications from (Mobile Video app), and protect it. This is "whitelisting" the app so Huawei's overeager software doesn't shut it down for no reason.

2. Go to Settings -> Apps -> advanced -> Ignore battery optimizations, then find the app (Mobile Video) and ignore it. Don't be tricked by the misleading wording, "ignoring" the app actually means to let it run, because you're telling the battery optimization function to "ignore" that app.

3. Go to Settings -> Notification panel & status bar -> Notification centre, then find the app (Mobile Video), then activate "allow notifications" and also "priority display". You have to activate the priority part too to make sure you get notifications.

4. Restart your phone.

Yet if you have any further problems to get the notifications running correctly, please contact us:
