MapTrack is a simple and useful tracking tool to record and share your GPS
tracks in real-time using your Android.
Share Tracks:
While recording, the track can be shared as a google map link. Your family and
friends can see your current position in real-time in usual browser, special
software or registration/login on third-party services are NOT required. Use
MapTrack as your own "flight tracker".
Manage Tracks:
You have full control of the tracking process and your data. You can
start/stop tracking, change location provider and change tracking time
interval on-the-fly.
MapTrack records tracks using Google Map and location service (GPS or Network)
and saves it in your Google Docs in real time. It is very convenient because
you don't need third-party software, just use your Google account and Google
Docs online for further track management and sharing.
Track Stat:
The App also calculates distance / length of the track and shows last point
time and total tracking time. It can be used to estimate average speed.
Application:
It is useful and simple app for outdoor activities, sports, run, walk, bike,
drive, jog tracking. This app can help you and your family to be in touch
while traveling. You can use this app in sightseeing tours for better
understanding of your current location and you can even leave a note for your
records.
If you are going to Euro 2012, you can use MapTrack to keep you friends
updated with you current location in Poland and Ukraine. You would also have
your Euro Cup tracks saved in Google Docs.

On the " launcher " page you can select to start a new track or to view the
current one. Then you can choose Google account to use and type your track
name.
On the " track view " page you have an option to select tracking time interval
(long touch on "tracking" button) for continuous tracking or you can just
search for your current location using GPS or Network.
You can add your location manually as a track point by making a long touch on
"current location" button. You have a choice to leave a note at this point. It
is very convenient feature that allows you to add points to your track
manually while taking a tour, walking, biking, jogging, running or travelling.
It is also useful if you want to save battery and don't need continuous
tracking.
If you accidentally moved the google map and can't see the track on the
screen, just make a touch on "+" button (right button panel) and all tracking
points will be automatically centered on the screen.
Use "mail" button to share your track using social networks (Facebook,
Google+, etc) or using Skype, text message or email.

for sharing his own data.
