LogManager is the app for HKS OB-LINK TYPE-001 and OB-LINK TYPE-FA20.
OB-LINK TYPE-001 / TYPE-FA20 are the devices to extract vehicle/engine data from the on board diagnostics port (OBDⅡ) by connecting the coupler with
OBDⅡ and send the data via Bluetooth to an iOS device (Smartphone and iPad).
OB-LINK TYPE-001 / TYPE-FA20 have the memory function. With this memory function, the app “LogManager” can preset the logging data parameters and
sampling time automatically and extract the date from the memory of the OB-LINK TYPE-001 / TYPE-FA20.
Once the IG-ON signal is detected, the following 5 standard items(*1) and optional vehicle data are automatically logged:
*1: accumulated driving distance, accumulated fuel consumption, maximum water temperature, maximum oil temperature, and engine error code(*2).
*2:The time stamp of up to 20 engine error codes can be memorized when detecting error(s).
Memory time setting is established based on the sampling time interval as shown below:
Sampling ・・・・ Memory Time
100 milliseconds ・・・ 139 minutes
200 milliseconds ・・・ 278 minutes
500 milliseconds ・・・ 695 minutes
1 second ・・・ 23 hours
5 seconds ・・・ 116 hours
10 seconds ・・・ 232 hours
When the memory is made full, the data are overwritten with new data.
LogManager can obtain the vehicle data without starting CarscopePlus. (The location information cannot be obtained.)
LogManager is the best app for those who want to understand the vehicle’sconditions and enjoy circuit driving.
